Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Glam N' Go Style! We strive to provide the best service possible and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Processing Time:

• Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated 3–7-business-day shipping transit time. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• During sales, holidays, and periods of high order volume, please allow up to 5–8 business days for processing.

FedEx Overnight Shipping:

• Select FedEx Overnight at checkout for a flat rate of $39.00, which includes priority processing.
• We process your order on the first business day after you place it, then hand it to FedEx on the second business day for Overnight shipping. This replaces our standard 2–5-business-day processing window as well as the additional estimated 3-7 business days for free standard shipping.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our processing and shipping hours are 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (PT). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

For example, an order placed Monday is processed Tuesday and handed to FedEx Wednesday, provided neither day is a holiday. Overnight refers to shipping after FedEx receives your package, not delivery the day after you place your order.

Order Cancellations:

• Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
• During sale events, all items and orders are final.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders — no minimum required.
• Standard orders usually ship via UPS; USPS may also be used. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

International Shipping:

• We ship to over 30 countries worldwide.
• Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or border fees assessed upon arrival in their country.
