Processing Time:

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated 3–7-business-day shipping transit time. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case processing begins on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, and periods of high order volume, please allow up to 5–8 business days for processing.

FedEx Overnight Shipping:

FedEx Overnight shipping is available at a flat rate of $39.00, which includes priority processing, for domestic U.S. orders shipping to a valid physical street address. FedEx Overnight does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you use a PO Box, please choose the free shipping option.

We process your order on the first business day after you place it, then hand it to FedEx on the second business day for Overnight shipping. This priority schedule replaces the standard processing and standard shipping transit schedule.

For example, an order placed Monday is processed Tuesday and handed to FedEx Wednesday, provided neither day is a holiday. Overnight refers to shipping after FedEx receives your package, not delivery the day after you place your order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our processing and shipping hours are 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (PT). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
During sale events, all items and orders are final.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required. Free standard-shipping orders follow the processing schedule above.
• FedEx Overnight is available for a flat rate of $39.00 for domestic U.S. orders shipping to a valid physical street address, following the priority processing schedule above. FedEx Overnight does not deliver to PO Boxes.
• Standard orders usually ship via UPS; USPS may also be used. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

International Shipping:

• We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
• Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or border fees assessed upon arrival in their country.

Returns:

For information about our return policy, please visit our Return Policy page. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Store credit only.
