Processing Time:

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM PST.
During sales, holidays, and periods of high order volume, please allow up to 5–8 business days for processing.

FedEx Overnight Shipping:

FedEx Overnight shipping is available at a flat rate of $39.00.
If you select FedEx Overnight, our team will prioritize your order for faster processing. We aim to process Overnight orders within 1 business day. The cutoff time for Overnight orders is 1 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Sales & Outlet:

During select sales and outlet events, orders may come in drawstring bags or poly mailer packaging and may not include a free gift. Some wig purchases will come with a free wig cap, but not all.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
During sale events, all items and orders are final.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders — no minimum required.
• FedEx Overnight is available for a flat rate of $39.00 — next business day delivery when ordered before 1 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
• Standard orders ship via the most cost-effective carrier available. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• Delays due to weather-related events may result in claims for shipping refund being denied.

International Shipping:

• We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
• Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or border fees assessed upon arrival in their country.

Returns:

For information about our return policy, please visit our Return Policy page. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Store credit only.
