2. Products Sold (Ponytails, Hair Extensions & Cosmetics)
Glam N’ Go Style specializes in ponytail extensions, clip-in extensions, tape-in extensions, butterfly wefts, and cosmetics for everyday glam and beauty on the go. We also offer select hair toppers, wigs, and beauty accessories.

4. Orders, Payments & Fraud Prevention
We accept payments through secure third-party processors including Shopify Payments, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Amazon Marketplace.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change without notice. California sales tax and other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
6. Shipping
All U.S. orders ship FREE with standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available via FedEx Overnight at a $39.00 flat rate (domestic U.S. only), selectable at checkout. Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days before shipment.
FedEx Overnight shipping is available at a flat rate of $39.00, which includes priority processing, for domestic U.S. orders shipping to a valid physical street address. FedEx Overnight does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you use a PO Box, please choose the free shipping option.
With FedEx Overnight, we process your order on the first business day after you place it, then hand it to FedEx on the second business day for Overnight shipping. This priority schedule replaces the standard processing and standard shipping transit schedule.
Overnight refers to shipping after FedEx receives your package, not delivery the day after you place your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our processing and shipping hours are 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (PT). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

7. Returns & Refunds
Qualified returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Once your return has been approved, packages must be postmarked within 3 business days.
Approved returns of eligible items receive Store Credit Only.
Returns are accepted as long as the hang tag is still attached and the item has not been restyled, cut, or shows signs of wear beyond try-on. For wigs, the lace must also remain intact.
Your return may be rejected if:
- Tag is not attached
- Lace (if applicable) is cut
- Strong odor or perfume
- Clear signs of wear
All FINAL SALE, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return.
Eligible hair products may be returned upon approval, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
The following cannot be returned:
- Wigs with cut lace
- Final sale or discounted items
- Cosmetics, lashes, and hair care products
- Any used items
Email us at customerservice@glamngostyle.com to initiate your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account within 4 business days.
Returns must be sent in the original box or packaging of similar size. Please retain your tracking number. Returns sent in polymailers or undersized packaging may be rejected.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, images, designs, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of Glam N’ Go Style and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Glam N’ Go Style a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for marketing and business purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Glam N’ Go Style shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or products.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Glam N’ Go Style is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
