What is the return policy?

Qualified returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Once your return has been approved, packages must be postmarked within 3 business days.

Wigs and hair extensions may be returned for Store Credit Only and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the condition of the item returned. Restocking fees may also be applied due to frequency of returns.

Returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached, and the item has not been restyled, cut, or shows signs of wear beyond try-on.

Your return may be rejected if:

• Tag is not attached
• Lace (if applicable) is cut
• Strong odor or perfume
• Clear signs of wear

All FINAL SALE, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return.

Does my order qualify for return?

Eligible items: wigs, hair toppers, ponytail extensions.

The following cannot be returned:

• Lace-cut wigs or extensions
• Final sale or discounted items
• Cosmetics, lashes, and hair care products
• Any used items

How do I start a return?

Email us at customerservice@glamngostyle.com to initiate your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account within 4 business days.

How do I send back my return?

Returns must be sent in the original box or packaging of similar size. Please retain your tracking number. Returns sent in polymailers or undersized packaging may be rejected.
