Step 1: Brush & Prep

Gently detangle your natural hair and extensions separately. Work through tangles carefully, without pulling.

Step 2: Section Your Hair

Create a horizontal part low at the back of your head. Clip the upper hair out of the way, leaving space below the part for your first clip-in piece.

Step 3: Open the Clips

Choose a clip-in piece that fits your section and open its snap clips. Placement depends on the widths of your pieces, your head shape, and your natural hair density.

Step 4: Attach & Secure

Position the clip teeth into your natural hair near the roots, just below the part, then gently press the clips closed. Check that the clip-in piece feels secure and comfortable. Open and reposition any clip that pulls or feels tight.

Step 5: Layer & Cover

Create another horizontal section above the first and add a suitable clip-in piece. Continue where you'd like more fullness, leaving enough natural hair above and around the extensions to conceal the clips. You don't need to use every piece for every hairstyle.

Step 6: Blend & Go!

Release your remaining natural hair and gently blend it with the extensions. Check the sides and back for visible clips, and adjust as needed. Remove your clip-ins before sleeping.
